It is low in both fat and sugar and contains L-Glutamine and BCAA’s; L-Glutamine may help minimize muscle breakdown, repair and build new muscle, and speed up recovery after intense exercise. BCAA’s (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are essential Amino Acids that consist of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine that cannot be manufactured by our bodies so have to be consumed.
We have also incorporated an electrolyte blend in this formula. Electrolytes are important minerals such as potassium, chloride and sodium, which are lost during exercise. Having this blend included in will enable you to replenish the body's water and electrolyte levels after dehydration.
To ensure that your body has everything it needs to properly recover, we have added a combination of vitamins especially for their health benefits, specifically; Niacin, Vitamin B6, B12 and Pantothenic Acid; these all contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy yielding metabolism. Thiamin and Biotin that both contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism. Riboflavin which contributes to normal Iron metabolism as well as to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
