Direct Nutrition Elite Hydrate contains an electrolyte and carbohydrate blend designed for rapid hydration, suitable before, during or after exercise.

The Lean Whey + Meal replacement formula incorporates CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) & Green Tea Extract; Safflower oil; rich in Omega 3 and Linoleic Acid.
It also contains a precisley balanced Digestive Enzyme Blend, to aid nutrient digestion such as protein, fat, fibre and carbohydrates.
Each 59g serving contains 25g of protein which contributes to the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass and maintenance of normal bones.
